Apply Today!Job Summary and QualificationsCollaborates with physician and Registered Nurses to serve in support role within OR. Responsible for supplies, instrumentation and equipment needed for surgical cases. Proficient in surgical environment as surgical assistant passing instruments and assisting the physician during surgical cases. Other duties as assigned.What qualifications you will need:Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateGraduate of an accredited educational program for Surgical TechnologistCurrent CST or completion of an appropriate training program for Surgical Technology in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps or Coast Guard of the United StatesCurrent American Heart Association or American Red Cross BCLS provider2+ years of Cardiovascular experience in the role is requiredCV experience highly preferredMedical City Heart & Spine Hospitals are hospitals for specialized advanced cardiovascular and spine care. Spine care is also provided for rare, hard-to-treat spinal deformities. Those include adult and pediatric scoliosis and spondylolistheses.
