What You'll Be DoingAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll:Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for roles in Hospice, Palliative, and Pediatric care, as well as Leadership, Sales, Administrative, and Finance teams.Proactively source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates who align with our mission and culture.Maintain and enhance recruiting practices to meet monthly hiring goals and long-term talent pipeline needs.Represent Agape Care as an employer of choice through community outreach, job fairs, and networking.Train new recruiters and hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition.❤️ Why You’ll Love Working With UsWe’re more than a healthcare company—we’re a community united by compassion. What We’re Looking ForEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)Experience:4+ years of corporate recruiting experienceHealthcare recruiting experience requiredHospice industry experience is a plusExperience using iCIMS ATS strongly preferredSkills & Qualities:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple roles and priorities across departmentsAnalytical thinking and creative sourcing strategiesDiscretion and professionalism with confidential informationProficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systemsDeep understanding of the full-cycle recruiting processAdditional Requirements:Home-office-based with occasional travel as neededValid driver's license requiredMust meet all health screening requirements Appcast Apply Goal Priority: Hot
