As a Digital Sales Specialist you'll become a trusted go-to expert. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the Sales team - advising and supporting on client engagements throughout the critically important early phases of the sales cycle, and helping to lead prospects to our award winning cloud solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: Accurate Deal Closure Forecasting: Accurately forecast the closure of client deals and effectively communicate with stakeholders. Cross-Sell Opportunity Identification: Support the squad in identifying cross-selling opportunities within your territory. Collaboration on New Business Campaigns: Collaborate with IBM to activate new business campaigns. Use-Case and Proof of Concept Design: Design use-cases and proofs of concept to respond to RFIs (Request for Information) from clients. High-Level Value Propositions: Co-create and present high-level value propositions to clients. 4 days a week in office or visiting clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: •Continuous Personal Development for Trusted Expertise: Maintain up-to-date offering knowledge through continuous personal development and become a trusted expert advisor for your clients. •Conversion of MQLs to SQLs: Review marketing qualified leads (MQLs) originating from inbound digital queries, such as IBM's website and marketing campaigns, and convert them to sales qualified leads (SQLs) based on defined criteria. •Supporting Sales Progression: Pass validated SQLs to IBM sellers and Ecosystem Partners and provide support as they progress and close new deals. •Social Selling and Thought Leadership: Engage in social selling via your social media presence, building your credentials as a thought leader in the space while promoting IBM and your personal brand to engage and influence prospective clients.
