We foster collaboration and continuous learning while offering flexibility and national impact through education and standardization efforts.How you'll contributeA Manager of Behavioral Health Education (RN) who excels in this role:Leads efforts for Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) education for staff and providers across Lifepoint HealthCollaborates with behavioral health leaders to develop education plans and implement training programsIdentifies educational resources and tools to improve patient safety and staff/provider competenciesPartners with online education platforms to meet staff learning needsProvides onsite assistance with drills, simulations, and in-person trainingsDevelops and maintains vendor relationshipsApplies evidence-based clinical practices in support of facility leadersReviews and updates behavioral health policies and procedures to meet state and national requirementsWorks cross-functionally with hospital staff and nursing leadership to align clinical education strategiesWhy join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Key requirements include:Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's in Nursing Education preferredMinimum 5 years of behavioral health experience (adult, adolescent, and/or pediatric)Registered Nurse (RN) License required; Multi-state license preferredPreferred Handle with Care experience Experience in adult education, regulatory compliance, and curriculum developmentStrong communication, problem-solving, and project management skillsEEOC StatementLifepoint Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
