Feed Mill Supervisor

THIS IS A 2ND SHIFT POSITION WITH TYPICAL HOURS OF 3PM TO 11PM. Supervise a team, providing leadership in everyday work assignments. Oversee and ensure the quality of grinding, mixing, cooking, cooling, pelletizing, packing, storage and shipment of feed. Mentor, motivate, provide training and professional development to your team optimizing their professional development and growth. Recognize and reward team, providing feedback on performance issues. Manage and ensure completion of team's paperwork and documents. Other relevant duties to the job. Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Milling Science, Poultry or other related field of study preferred. 2+ years leadership experience  required. Demonstrated knowledge of how to lead people with positive reinforcement. General knowledge of feed ingredient management. Effective communication skills Proficient with technology and computers.
