Job Description

What this job involves:As a Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Tech at JLL, you will operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment across assigned facilities to achieve optimal operating results and equipment life expectancy. This critical role ensures equipment operates in an energy-efficient and safe manner while minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance and repairs. You will perform comprehensive inspections and repairs to property interior and exterior areas, directly contributing to JLL's commitment to delivering exceptional facility management services to our clients.What your day-to-day will look like:Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systemsMaintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and building interior/exterior componentsConduct assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting conditions that impact client occupancy and operationsRespond effectively to all facility emergencies and after-hours building activities as requiredPrepare and submit management summary reports detailing work conditions and recommend corrective actionsStudy and maintain proficiency with building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and other building-related equipmentComply with all safety procedures while maintaining clean and safe work areas, identifying and proposing solutions for safety hazardsRequired Qualifications:Universal EPA 608 CertificationMinimum four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with strong background in packaged HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment repair and maintenanceValid state driver's license with ability to maintain throughout employmentPhysical ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft.Availability to perform on-call duties and overtime as requiredPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and applicationExperience managing work orders utilizing CMMS technologyExperience working in service-related roles specific to commercial facilitiesAttendance at periodic training seminars and professional development opportunitiesLocation: Onsite, supporting the Oklahoma City, OK marketWork Shift: Day shift#HVACjobs
