The Operations Manager, Janitorial Services is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of janitorial services across assigned facilities. This role ensures service quality, compliance with safety standards, and effective team management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Compensation: $55,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars) DOE The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program 401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM  ABM Employee Benefits | Staff & Management Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight Manage and coordinate janitorial services across multiple client sites. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client expectations. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards. Team Leadership Supervise janitorial staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and service excellence. Ensure proper staffing levels and coverage for all shifts. Client Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and service requests. Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with clients to identify service improvements and operational efficiencies. Administrative & Financial Management Monitor labor hours, supply usage, and operational costs to ensure budget compliance. Prepare reports on service performance, staffing, and site conditions. Support contract compliance and renewal processes. Health & Safety Compliance Enforce safety protocols and ensure staff adherence to OSHA and company standards. Conduct safety training and maintain documentation of incidents and corrective actions. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in janitorial or facility operations management. Proven leadership and team management experience. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
