Operations Manager 1, Multi-Service

Role Overview: Sodexo Energy & Resource is seeking a Facilities/Engineering Operations Manager I for an Oil & Gas client in Geismar, Louisiana. In this role, you will oversee the daily planning, scheduling, and coordination of janitorial, landscaping and pest control services at an industrial and manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in facilities soft services and budget management with vendor oversight. We're looking for a proven leader with experience managing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.    What You'll Do: Plans, organizes, coordinates, and oversees day-to-day custodial, landscaping, pest control and groundskeeping activitiesSupervises the performance of all custodial and grounds personnel; evaluates performance after consulting with the principals; assigns and reviews workDevelops and prepares work schedules; prioritizes and coordinates duties and assignments of operations crews; assures effective workflow and facilitates operations; adjusts work schedules as necessaryReviews and revises work methods and procedures to assure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with established regulations, policies, and standardsReviews custodial and ground reports and work orders to determine materials, labor, and time requirementsCoordinates and implements all Safety programs and procedures related to buildings, grounds, and custodial operations What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
