As an automotive account manager, you’ll be at the heart of innovation, driving critical projects forward for a leading automotive industry innovator, partnered with Aquent. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This is your chance to shape the future of the automotive landscape. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for orchestrating projects from inception to completion. Your ability to analyze, strategize, and execute will be essential to success. You’ll be empowered to lead, innovate, and contribute directly to the company’s continued growth. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure. Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Analyze project performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Present project findings and recommendations to clients and leadership. Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 0-2 years of project management experience. Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, cost management, and distribution strategies. Understanding of business and management principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Proficiency in computer software, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: PMI or PMP certification. Experience with Visio.
