This position will be full-time and hybrid in Newark, DE.What You'll DoLead the product release team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelinesCollaborate closely with clients and implementation partners to understand and document business requirementsFacilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives are metDevelop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and process flowsAnalyze and optimize business processes to leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platformProvide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities and best practicesConduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedbackEnsure quality assurance and compliance with organizational standardsWhat You'll NeedRequired:Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably with Salesforce projectsProven experience in leading project teams within a PMO structure.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirementsPreferred:Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are preferredPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 annually (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
