Provide customers with information on how to use equipment, skis, boots, snowboards, snowshoes, clothing and goggles. Responsible for learning all aspects of the rental process and becoming a professional at what you do and learning about all the products being sold and making product suggestions. Job Requirements: Completion of Rossignol ski binding certification and machinery certificationsBe Knowledgeable about the products we carryMaintains Rental & Demo Skis and Snowboards board fleetMaintains a clean and tidy work areaWorks well with other departmentsHandles customer issues and responsible for shop NPS scoresPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position is required to work evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation.Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 30 pounds.Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis.Shoveling snow and keeping the sundeck clear of snow and iceAbility to work for extended periods of time standing, bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.Positive attitude with strong guest services and communication skills a mustAbides by all Crystal Mountain employment guidelinesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
