The Project Coordinator supports the project management team and call center operations by coordinating resources, scheduling, meetings, and information flow. This role plays a key part in ensuring call center goals are met by maintaining accurate records, assisting with reporting, and supporting day-to-day team needs. The Project Coordinator must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment with frequent communication via phone, email, and online systems. Duties and Responsibilities Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by always following policies, procedures, and safe practices. Act as a central point of contact for call center staff and project stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. Monitor and track project plans, schedules, staffing hours, call volume data, and expenditures. Organize and participate in team and stakeholder meetings; record, distribute, and track action items. Prepare reports, call volume summaries, and presentation materials as needed. Provide administrative and scheduling support to call center leadership. Assist with call flow monitoring, queue management, and escalated calls when required. Document processes, maintain accurate files, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Identify potential issues impacting call center operations, escalate as appropriate, and assist with implementing solutions. Maintain a project calendar to ensure goals and service level agreements are met. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Experience, Education, and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a call center, customer service, or administrative support role preferred. Skills and Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and call center software or CRM tools. Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical Demands and Work Environment This position is primarily performed in an office or call center environment. Requires frequent sitting at a workstation for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per day). Regular use of a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone headset (typing, data entry, and call handling). Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 10 lbs.) may be required.
