Youâll gain hands-on experience with both electrical and mechanical systems across stamping presses, cold forming machines, and automated equipment.Learn to maintain and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment using hand tools, welding equipment, and measuring devicesPerform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure equipment reliabilityUse technical documents such as blueprints, schematics, and manuals to diagnose issues (with guidance and training as needed)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvementFollow safety protocols and use appropriate PPEGrow your skills through ongoing training and development opportunitiesWhat Youâll Need:A technical degree, certificate, or training program in a related field OR strong mechanical/electrical aptitude with a willingness to learnBasic knowledge of tools, safety practices, and mechanical/electrical conceptsComfort working with math (fractions, percentages)A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to grow into an advanced technician roleNice to Haves (Weâll Train You If You Donât Have Them Yet!):Experience with PLCs and drives (Allen Bradley, Siemens)Familiarity with AC/DC motors, HVAC, or hydraulic/pneumatic systemsWelding/torch experience and use of precision measuring toolsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPhysical Requirements:Frequent standing and walkingOccasional sitting, reaching, forceful motion, and lifting up to 60 lbsMinimal climbing and lifting over 100 lbsAbility to meet physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation?
