Great opportunity for long-term growth and career development!Responsibilities:Greet customers and guide them through the car rental process, including preparing agreements and offering optional products or services tailored to their needsRespond to phone and email inquiries professionally and promptlyCoordinate daily reservations based on vehicle availability and fleet planningDeliver consistent, high-quality service in all customer interactionsProvide maps, directions, and relevant information to ensure a smooth rental experienceSupport corporate account deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely executionRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent required1+ year of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment requiredExcellent communication skills—friendly, clear, and solutions-orientedStrong organizational habits and attention to detailValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekendsUpon completing the application, you will be prompted to complete our HAALO inventory.
