Role Purpose Statement We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Supervisor to join our team and build strong relationships with our airline customers. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. Main Accountabilities Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned airline customers. Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns. Proactively identify and address customer needs and expectations. Develop and present customized catering solutions tailored to specific customer requirements. Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies. Monitor and analyze customer performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Quality Assurance) to ensure seamless customer service. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate customer insights and performance data. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required In addition, three to five years of experience in related field   Strong presentation, communication, training and interpersonal skills Demonstrable record of understanding and meeting customer expectations Proven track record of understanding of the drivers of product and labor cost variances Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications LSG Sky Chefs is an EEO and Affirmative Action Employer of Women/Minorities/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
