Area Executive Chef

This position is remote, and the ideal candidate must reside in or near the New Jersey area. Travel is required and you will be expected to travel up to 50%. The way we improve the food experience for customers in the foodservice industry is through value-added creativity and long-term service and support.  The Chef role helps inspire everyone in every function to think food, kitchen, and customer first and is designed to add value to our customers with beneficial food solutions.   What You'll Do: Support the Customer Development (CD) Team from a culinary perspective by assisting in the delivery of critical customer presentations and new menu ideationsAct as a savory expert, bringing deep knowledge of scratch cooking to culinary initiativesLead culinary content development for specific culinary projects in North America, collaborating with chef peers and the Head ChefDrive and accelerate savory/scratch cooking growth initiatives that enhance the value of Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) brands for existing and new customersCollaborate closely with Marketing, CD Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to coordinate efforts and align resources within your assigned zoneUnderstand and work with both metric and imperial measurement systems in recipe development and communication What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
