Role Overview: Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager at Rock Hill School District in Rock Hill, SC. As part of our leadership team, the Chef Manager plays a key role in overseeing culinary operations across six active school sites, ensuring high-quality food service that meets both student needs and district expectations. The Chef Manager is responsible for overseeing daily food production, ordering, inventory, and food presentation, while also leading, training, and motivating kitchen teams. The role includes managing catered events when needed and ensuring compliance with USDA guidelines. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. What You'll Do: have oversight of day-to-day operations;deliver high-quality food service in compliance with programs;achieve company and client financial targets and goals; develop and maintain client and customer relationships;flexibility with a team work mentality, assisting in kitchen/driving as needed;ensure Sodexo standards are met.
