Description Job Title: Remote Associate Attorney – Bankruptcy, Litigation & ForeclosureLocation: Remote (Must Reside Near Albuquerque, NM)Salary: $85,000 – $95,000Job Type: Full-Time Overview:A dynamic law firm is seeking a New Mexico–barred attorney to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is ideal for a recent law school graduate with a strong interest in bankruptcy, litigation, and foreclosure law. While extensive experience is not required, we are looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and make an immediate impact. The position is primarily remote; however, you must reside near Albuquerque, NM, and be available for court appearances as needed. Responsibilities: Assist in all phases of bankruptcy, litigation, and foreclosure matters Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Represent clients in court and at hearings Conduct legal research and provide case analysis Maintain billable hours of approximately 1,920 annually Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure timely case progression Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in the State of New Mexico Recent law school graduate or up to 1–2 years of relevant experience Strong interest in bankruptcy, litigation, and foreclosure law Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Must reside near Albuquerque, NM for court-related obligations Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary of $85,000 – $95,000, commensurate with experience Remote work flexibility with required local court appearances Professional development and training opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment EEO Statement:We are an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
