Production Associate - Night Shift

Clean Tech is looking for experienced Production Associates at our plastics recycling facility in Dundee, MI. Our associates are responsible for operating and maintaining recycling equipment, in an effort to ensure environmental sustainability.Responsibilities: Monitor & operate plastic recycling equipment in a safe mannerMaintain processes and equipment, including basic maintenance and equipment troubleshootingLead process change overs, quality checks, and production tracking activitiesFeed lines with top-quality raw materials to produce top-quality post-consumer plastic resinOperate forklift to move materials as neededMaintain area to adhere to 5S standardsOther duties as assignedTo be a Production Associate, you’ll need:Previous experience in a manufacturing environmentForklift experience requiredAbility to walk/stand and use ladders and stairs through the duration of shiftMechanical aptitudeWhat’s in it for you:Stability: We never lay off and keep consistant work schedulesBonus Opportunities: We offer referral bonuses & perfect attendance bonusesAdvancement: We promote from within and foster employee growthOver Time: Time and a half for anything over 40 hours.
