Warehouse Forklift Operator

THIS IS A 2ND SHIFT POSITION THAT REQUIRES FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE. Operate stand-up reach, stand-up counter-balanced, and stock-picker lift trucks safely and efficiently. Complete Daily Operator's Checklist for lift truck used each shift. Inspect inbound and outbound trailers. Unload and load trailers and straight trucks. Visually inspect all goods presented by carriers for delivery, ensuring materials are secured in packaging, in good condition, and suitable for receipt and storage. Inspect for pest activity, contamination, damage, odors, or suspicious articles. Inspect all finished goods prior to loading for shipment, ensuring pallets and packaging are in excellent condition suitable for shipment. Complete receiving and shipping documents accurately and completely. Use RF guns to scan inventory, update inventory locations, verify orders, etc.  Move pallets of finished goods as directed. Maintain docks, freezers, equipment, and storage zones in clean order with general housekeeping, sweeping, and and light scrubbing. All other duties as assigned.  General knowledge of basic math and computer skills. Ability to work weekends. Ability to work in cold conditions. Basic communications skills, with bi-lingual language skills preferred.  Detail oriented.
