Specializing in metal stamping, fabrication, assembly, and product design support, the company’s customer base spans across the globe and includes some of the most recognized brands serving a broad variety of markets.Job HighlightsLearn precision metal stamping processes and die set-up techniquesTrain on manual machines including saws, mills, drill presses, grinders, and lathesStudy root causes of part or tool malfunctionsWork full time alongside experienced die makersAttend evening classes for 3 years through the Technology and Manufacturing Association (TMA)Candidate ProfileFamiliar with power tools and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail and curiosityHands-on experience with engines, robotics, or home/auto repairsMaintenance experience beyond custodial tasks; manufacturing coursework preferredSolid math and reading skills; hands-on skills will be assessed before hiringAdditional InformationThis role is part of our Manufacturing Apprenticeship Accelerator program in partnership with Cook County.
