This position will be Full-Time and Hybrid.What You’ll DoDesign Solutions for Automating Business ProcessesBuild solution designs in cooperation with Business Analysts, Internal IT staff, and Development teamsEnsure proper usage of development and integration technologies and data storage, reporting, and transformation servicesEnsure alignment to technology and architectural standards by engaging with other key members of the IT teamBuild basic understanding of each automation's underlying business process and data needs as part of assessing architectureLeverage available technologies, primarily native APIs, RPA technologies, and Microsoft technologies to formulate appropriate solutionsBe engaged at all stages of automation development, ensuring teams make the right decisions as changes become necessaryForward-looking to ensure the organization leverages appropriate tools and techniques to meet automation goalsMonitor, Protect, and Improve all Automation EnvironmentsEngage with the security team to ensure development environments stay secureEngage with Technical architects to ensure standards compliance and robust automation designsEnsure change control processes are followed—partnering with automation project teams to transition to productionProactively monitor performance of underlying technologies supporting development environments, partnering with the Operations team as neededMonitor service requests, directing requests to appropriate developersWhat You'll NeedRequired15+ years of experience in infrastructure and application operationsMin 5 years of experience in automation, covering areas like ERP integration, application development, database development, advanced analyticsHands-on experience in configuration management automationWell-versed with automation tools architecture, high-level and low-level designExperience with developing solution architecture and conceptual and logical system design for large-scale programs and projectsExtensive experience in developing web service clients and providers for RESTful implementationBasic knowledge of SQL and/or any RDBMSBasic knowledge of build/deployment automation and continuous integrationExperience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, or Microsoft FormsPreferredExperience with RPA Platforms a plus (i.e., UiPath)Experience developing with one or more of the following: node.js, php, python, v8js, .NETExperience with supporting different software development methodologies, including Waterfall and AgileExperience in handling multiple customers/domainsAbility to work in cross-functional/technology domainsPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorMust be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in personSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.The pay range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000 annually (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
