Job Location: Timberville, VAJob Type: Full TimeShift Available: 2ndCompensation: $19.35/hr Benefits Information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Marathon Health Clinic (Employer sponsored health center) Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Shift Differential Principal Accountabilities Must be able to work with chemicals and trash compacting equipment, bundle cardboard Must be able to work in Dicing Rotation when needed Ensure all trash and trash bags are cleaned up and emptied in a timely manner Ensure pre-wash checklist is completed per the sanitation requirements Ensure that all condemn is removed from the floor in a timely manner Ensure all reconditioned product is handled per the QA requirements Ensure all condemn is weighted, entered in IPFS, and discarded in its designated location Responsible for some paperwork and other miscellaneous duties Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Preferred Qualifications Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously Must be a self-starter and have good communication skills Must be a team player, but also must be able to work well alone Ability to work flexible hours and/or shifts.
