Description What You’ll Do: You’ll be a key player as our Maintenance Lead, as you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance organization is readily prepared for the operations journey. You will be responsible for growing the technical capability of operations leaders, operations and eliminate root causes of equipment breakdowns. In This Role You’ll: Drive Daily Management System to deliver improved results Cown the Maintenance Planning & Scheduling and Breakdown Elimination DMSs Ensure any safety/quality/food safety conditions issues that require parts or planning are resolved quickly Own the maintenance plan for the line – appropriate PMs, quality of PMs, PM execution, PM tracking & continual improvement Participate in the operational reviews (shift hand-off, shiftily ops review, daily ops review) – take appropriate actions Eliminate technical barriers for the line teams to achieve results Partner with line leader to drive Continuous Improvement of systems and results Develop individual capability in Progressive Maintenance (PM) standard work process Using problem solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate issues What You’ll Bring Be a coach for the team on the use of GPS (IWS) tools to solve problems Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety Escalate issues that need further attention properly Coach line operators on preventative maintenance and troubleshooting Ability to work with minimal supervision Schedule & Setting: Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F) Shift: Primarily a 5-day work week, Day ShiftWeekend and holiday availability required Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50+ lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods Pay & Benefits: Pay: Earn Up To $27.00 + $1000 Sign-on Bonus Weekly pay (every Friday) Health, dental, and vision benefits are available after 30 days 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and more Company-provided uniforms and work shoes Why Join Us: We’re not just in the business of distribution - we’re in the business of development.
