Yard Associate

Heritage LSG is seeking a full-time Yard Associate that will assist with local backup driving deliveries, focus on duties such as stocking the yard area, warehouse areas, shipping and receiving of products, loading/unloading trucks, deliveries.  The workweek is Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season.ESSENTIAL DUTIES  Stocking, receiving, pulling, and staging all yard/warehouse products.Loading, unloading, and securing product for customers, delivery vehicles, and inbound trucks.Keeping yard area neat and organized.Operating Forklifts in outdoor environments.Focusing on safe work practices, such as wearing PPE, proper lifting techniques, etc., while   performing daily duties and using company equipment.Cover back-up driver resonsibilities in a non-regulated truck.Other related duties as assigned such as receiving etc.REQUIREMENTSBasic computer knowledge and Internet useForklift experience helpful, not requiredAcceptable driving recordAbility to lift 75 pounds; 50 pounds on a repetitive basisBilingual (English and Spanish) is helpful, but not requiredAble to pass a pre-employment drug test/DOT screening.We offer a dynamic work environment where you'll have the chance to develop, grow, and flourish professionally as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, stock ownership, paid time off and paid weekly.  Apply today and embark on an exhilarating journey with us!"Job Location:Superior Irrigation and Landscape Supply - Alpharetta      755 Union Hill Road Alpharetta, GA 30004Equal Opportunity Employer.Veteran Friendly Employer.
