Incentives: RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE!  What You'll Do: Lead a multi-site university dining program with a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and financial performanceBuild strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for strategic decisionsOversee operations across residential dining, retail, and catering functionsEnsure compliance with food safety, labor, and regulatory standardsGuide and develop a diverse management team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountabilityIdentify opportunities to enhance service delivery and implement creative, cost-effective solutionsUse data-driven insights to manage budget, forecast revenue, and optimize profitabilityChampion sustainability, DEI initiatives, and student-centered programming What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
