Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in Automotive industry, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, adaptability, and technical expertise which will align successfully in the organization.   Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Wyoming, MI Pay Range: $40-$45 per hour Need someone who are willing to work any shift 1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift. What's the Job? Establish, implement, and maintain long-term maintenance improvement plans Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and execute corrective actions Support plant safety initiatives, housekeeping standards, and compliance with safety policies Supervise construction and maintenance projects ensuring schedule and quality standards are met Train, develop, and evaluate maintenance team members to foster a high-performance work environment What's Needed? Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance supervision within a manufacturing environment Associate degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and mechanical/electrical concepts Ability to lead multi-trade teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email tools   What's in it for me?
