 Executive Chef    Job Reference Number: 33884 Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite  Segment: Dining & Events Brand: Corporate-Chefs State: Maine (US-ME)    The Role at a glance: We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our Corporate Chefs team in Bar Harbor, ME. As an executive chef, you will have the opportunity to manage the BOH operation at a professional dining account with retail and catering.  This position is Monday - Friday about 6 months out of the year.  We offer great opportunity for gorwth, stability and an awesome work / life balance.  What you'll be doing: Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation. Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met. Participating in the planning and execution of special events. What we're looking for: Must-haves: At least six years of progressive culinary experience. Proficiency in Microsoft software programs. Experience with budget statements.   Nice-to-haves: Associate’s degree in culinary arts.
