FC Supervisor

Position Overview:  The FC Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all service levels are met for the operational budget within the departments of the FC, including shipping, pick and pack, quality control, returns, receiving and replenishing, retailpreparation, and inventory control. Responsible for executing daily operations, process improvements, operating budgets, staff development and preparing the department for company growth.    Position Details: This position will be on our Weekend Shift, Friday - Sunday. Work Environment:At Duluth Trading Company, we value face-to-face interactions that foster our culture of learning, creativity, and teamwork.
