Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. • COVID vaccination required after submission. For positions that require radiation exposure, clinicians are required to purchase their own OSL Luxel dosimeter badge ICU Nursing Float - Required Required Skills/Experience: ICU experience and able to take Swans IABP and Impella with ability to float to MedSurg to take a full assignment. RNs required to titrate drips - in ED, Critical Care and PCU units Must be able to read tele strips Types of Patients on Unit: Any depending on unit assigned to Unit/Facility Details: Patient Ratio: ICU - 1/1-2, PCU or ED: 1/3-4, Lower Acuity MedSurg: 1/5-6 Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. Would consider every weekend Would be the potential for overtime if wanted. Set schedule, may be flexible depending on needs Holiday Requirement: Yes Call Requirement: No Floating Requirements: Units Included in the Float Pool: ICU, ED Boarders (In-patients only), all MedSurg units, Observation unit Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: Please request an interview for one match from this facility at a time.
