Your ability to connect with young learners and execute lesson plans will help ensure the classroom runs smoothly on any day as necessary.   You will also… Cover classroom duties as needed Maintain the ordered arrangement, appearance, and décor of the classroom Develop relationships with other school staff Treat all students with kindness and respect What We Offer Pay range: $24.00-$26.00 Position located at Mission Viejo, CA This is an on-call position   What We Are Looking For 12 completed ECE semester units (or 18 quarter units), including coursework in: Child Growth and Development Child, Family, and Community Program/CurriculumOR a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development Prior classroom experience in a preschool classroom setting is preferred Flexibility and creativity     To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
