Global CI Training & Tools Specialist

Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Global Business Systems Training & Tools Specialist  to support enterprise-wide simplification and transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for curating consistent value stream maps (VSMs), capturing outputs from Kaizen events, and maintaining a centralized business systems repository. The ideal candidate will partner cross-functionally, especially with IT, to identify scalable solutions that drive efficiency and reduce waste.Key Responsibilities:Value Stream Mapping & DocumentationCurate and maintain consistent VSMs across functions to identify waste, scale opportunities, and resource needs.Prioritize efforts using a structured impact model (e.g., P&L size or Resources × Waste = Potential Impact).Capture outputs from Kaizen events and ensure documentation is standardized and accessible.Future-State Design & Repository ManagementDefine and document future and end-state value streams aligned with enterprise goals.Develop and manage a centralized business systems repository (tool vs. one-off documents) to support a “pull model” for future access and use.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with IT and other stakeholders to identify and implement enterprise-wide solutions.Ensure alignment between functional needs and broader business system capabilities.Continuous ImprovementSupport ongoing simplification efforts by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities across value streams.Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on VSM analysis.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, IT, or related field; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.3+ years of experience in process improvement, business systems analysis, or operational excellence.Strong understanding of value stream mapping, Kaizen methodology, and continuous improvement principles.Experience with business systems tools and repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, or custom platforms).Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with enterprise architecture and IT systems integration.Ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable documentation.Experience working in cross-functional environments with competing priorities.
