Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience. • Experience with Epic is required from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted. • Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Additional Details: BJC policy: Every other weekend required. RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe. No medical marijuana cards accepted. No Required Skills/Experience: Special Requirements: radial access -TR bands experience preference sheath pulls required Types of Patients on Unit: Adults Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Patient Diagnoses: left heart cath PCI, pacemakers, ICDs, ASD PFO closures, AP, ablations Vascular experience required: AIF, stents, fistulas, TEE, TILTS, cardioversions Special Procedures/Unit Details: radial access -TR bands experience preference Distal radial access Equipment Used on Unit: volcano system (IFR and IVUS) - strongly preferred Previous Employment Requirements: -Return Staff Policy (ex: gone 1 yr or 6 months to return as traveler) – -Permanent employees at must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler. -All Standard Travelers (reside outside of a 75 mile radius) can stay for an 18 month period. Must take a 3 month break after 18 months. 6 days maximum time off.
