Treasury Intern

Position Overview:  The Treasury Intern will work part-time during the school year and full-time during summer and winter breaks, this position will support the Treasury Department in all functional areas. This includes Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury Operations and Risk & Insurance areas.    Position Details: Work Environment:At Duluth Trading Company, we value face-to-face interactions that foster our culture of learning, creativity, and teamwork. The role is based at our headquarters near Madison, WI.  What You’ll Do: Assist accounts receivable in the processing of customer care payment settlementsSupport treasury operations by coordinating  bank related projectsSupport accounts payable with invoice matching and processing as neededCreate and maintain process documents, including Standard Operating Procedures, and workflow process mapping Provide feedback and identification of opportunities for process improvementsWhat We’re Looking For:Strong analytical, organizational, decision making and administrative skillsAbility to work with financial partners in a professional manner to update information and resolve issuesProject management skills with the ability to prioritze in a fast paces environmentStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to evaluate data and discover patterns and process improvements Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint, Microsoft Power BI a +Must be located in the Madison/Mt.
