This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Director of Nursing in guiding clinical operations and supporting high-quality resident care.What You’ll Do:Partner with the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) to manage daily nursing operations and uphold strong care standardsLead weekly wound/skin rounds to ensure residents receive the best careEncourage effective communication and teamwork across all levels of nursing staffAddress and support the clinical needs of residents with professionalism and compassionProvide 24/7 on-call leadership as neededAssist with planning and coordination of nursing servicesMaintain current knowledge of nursing theory and best practicesEnsure timely and accurate completion of medical records in line with regulationsContribute to recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new nursing staffOversee staffing processes and infection control practicesStay flexible and responsive to the dynamic needs of the facilityWhat We’re Looking For:Active State RN licenseAt least 3 years of experience in long-term careManagement experience (2+ years preferred)Background in staff education (1+ year preferred)Excellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to supervise effectively and foster a positive work cultureFlexibility in hours to meet resident and facility needsRate: $95,000-$115,000/yearThis is an excellent chance for a nursing leader who is committed to resident well-being, teamwork, and professional growth!
