What You'll Do Cover open shift at Neuro Rehab programs within the Grand Rapids area Encourage positive relationship building & Promoting Independence Transportation and Participation in Community Activities Personal Care/Assistance with Activities of Daily Living Medication Administration/Health Monitoring Cooking/Meal Prep/Dietary Support Qualifications Meet one of the below: Certification as a CNA or a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or institution of higher learning (preferred) -or- High School Diploma or G.E.D with three years of experience -or- One year as an HNNR Rehab. Tech. and have completed all HNNR Core and Advanced Medical Rehab Tech Skills requirements. Work experience in a licensed residential setting preferred. Valid driver’s license.
