Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Local & travel allowed. Additional Details: Preferred Skills/Experience: 1 year of clinical patient care experience (e.g., PCT, CNA, LPN) in an acute care setting, long-term care facility, or physician practice (preferred) Required Credentials: LPN EKG exam is required Completion of Basic Arrhythmia class with passing grade on exam (required for Telemetry/Remote Telemetry units) Types of Patients on Unit: Neuro/neurosurgical, cardiac, renal and med/surg. Post-cath without intervention, stable arrhythmias, post-pacemakers, syncope, and chronic renal failure. Equipment Used on Unit: Oxygen: Stable trachs, BiPAP, CPAP, High flow. No ventilators. Max O2 requirement is 6L. Unit/Facility Details: 30 Bed Unit MS/Tele unit with a primary focus on neurology. One LPN takes 5pts 1 HUC on days.
