Process Operator

Our client, a leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing and life sciences, is seeking a Process Operator to join their team. As a Process Operator, you will be part of the Pharmaceutical Department in Malvern, PA, supporting production and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have dependability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Process Operator Location: Malvern, PA Pay Range: $22–$24/hour What’s the Job? Perform entry-level micronization and milling of pharmaceutical actives and excipients Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment Document production following GDP and cGMP guidelines Report deviations and non-routine events promptly to supervisors Clean processing areas and equipment while adhering to safety protocols What’s Needed? High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift 40+ lbs and wear a full air suit/respirator Dependable with basic math skills and ability to follow cGMP and SOPs Comfortable performing moderate physical labor and working in loud environments with PPE Able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours/day Must be a U.S. citizen or a Green Card holder What’s in it for me?
