Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 3 years. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Wyoming license or compact license (required after submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Previous Employment Requirements: Required Skills/Experience: Experience in hospital setting working in both Labor & Delivery and Post-Partum. Experience with Pitt and/or Magnesium drip. Solid experience managing Antenatal/ Perinatal high risk patients and have extensive knowledge and experience working in a tertiary level facility; preferably where there is a solid Maternal Fetal Medicine program. Preferred Skills/Experience: Required Credentials: Preferred Credentials: Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Types of Patients on Unit: Equipment Used on Unit: Technology Used on Unit: Unit/Facility Details: Ratio is 1:2 for laboring patients and ideally like to be at 1:1 if the mother is on Pitocin and in active labor (this cannot always happen due to patient load). Ratio for post-partum is 1:5 to 6 stable mothers or 3 stable couplets. Special Requests: Shift & Scheduling: CCMH is looking for a flexible RN that is willing to help out on both day and night shifts. CCMH will be considerate when scheduling not to work days and nights within same week. Will work every other weekend and holidays as needed by department. RN will have the option of picking up extra shifts.
