St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care is actively seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY.Duties:Available for a full-time position.Observing ResidentsReporting any health issues to the supervising nurseTaking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving etc.Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intakeFeeding Residents & serving nutritional supplementsMaking beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidyTransporting Residents within the FacilityTurning bedridden residents to prevent bedsoresMaintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility dataRequirements:Must be able to work as a team memberSuccessful completion of a CNA programCurrent NY State CertificationMust be in good standing with State Registry About Us:St. Patrick's Home is a Faith-Based facility located in the northwest section of the Bronx, bordering scenic Van Cortlandt Park.
