Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience within the past 4 years. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Required Credentials: RN’s - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated. Types of Patients on Unit: Medical/Surgical, with specialty in post op cancer intervention (prostatectomy, mastectomy, etc). Unit Details: Beds 32 Previous Employment Requirements: Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. Shift & Scheduling: Every 3rd weekend and rotating holiday required. Floating Requirements: Rare, if needed only to other medical/surgical unit.
