This position reports directly to the Spa Manager. This position requires weekend availability.Responsibilities include:Ensures a pleasant visit for each guestMaintain effective guest relationsMaintain a positive attitude towards management, co-workers and guests alikePrepares and maintains the products, supplies and equipment in spaPromote and sell spa productsMaintain knowledge of all treatments and have the ability to explain treatments to guestMaintain cleanliness and neatness of the spaPossess critical time management skillsAssist management and co-workers as requested or neededAttend all departmental, spa and property meetings and training sessionsQualifications include:Must possess current license/s and certificate/s as required by the State BoardAbility to take direction, work in a team environment, work calmly and effectively under pressure
