2026 Human Resources Summer Internship

INTERNSHIP FORMAT This internship will follow an in-person model. Interns will be based at one of the Stellantis manufacturing plants located in the Metro-Detroit, Toledo, or Kokomo areas. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria. The internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 2026. As part of their journey, interns rotate through key functional areas of manufacturing HR"”gaining insight into labor relations, staffing, compliance, and employee engagement. Labor relations in a plant manage the relationship between management and unionized employees, focusing on resolving workplace disputes and ensuring compliance with labor laws and union agreements to maintain a productive and cooperative work environment. Employment HR Generalists in a plant support hiring, onboarding and leave processes, ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, assist with employee support, and help maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.
