Assist the Director with establishing or improving policies, procedures, objectives and work standards. Manages the work and activities of the Relief Supervisors / Team Leaders Position Requirements: Formal Education/ Training: High school graduate or equivalent with management experience and/or Associates Degree or higher preferred. Workplace Experience: At least one year of management or supervisory experience preferred. Equipment and Skills Training: Ability to accomplish work through other people while maintaining a productive professional relationship with them and all customers in assigned area. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Have the ability to learn and use computers for data collection and analysis and use of e-mail for communication. Physical Environment: All areas located in facility as assigned Physical Effort: Light medium lifting (35-lbs. maximum) with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing 25 lbs. Manual dexterity, balance, stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, fingering, feeling, talking, hearing and seeing Job also requires some office work including use of computer and other office equipment. Hearing and vision are required to be normal or correctable to normal.
