Area General Manager

Role Overview: Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a dynamic Area General Manager to lead dining operations at Leisure World, a large 55 and older adult living community located in Silver Spring, MD. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team dedicated to elevating the customer experience, supporting one another’s growth, and crafting unforgettable dining moments.  You’ll oversee two campus restaurants and catering functions serving over 8500 residents at this community. This role blends operational leadership with creative marketing, community engagement, and brand-building strategy. What You'll Do: Lead daily operations across multiple foodservice venues with a focus on excellence and innovationDevelop and execute engaging marketing campaigns and social media strategies to grow brand awareness and customer loyaltyManage budgets, analyze market trends, and drive revenue growthLead and develop a team of 3 managers and approximately 20 frontline employeesFoster a culture of collaboration, development, and accountability among team membersPlan and host restaurant events, build local partnerships, and champion community involvementEnsure exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
