LOCATION: RANCHO MIRAGE CA CLIENT: Bayshire Rancho Mirage 72201 Country Club Dr Rancho Mirage CA 92270 SETTING: PT - SNF START DATE: ASAP - no later than 06/30 GUARANTEE: 36 hrs/wk ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 12 wks REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: 1+ yrs in SNF setting preferred STAFF: 2 full time PTAs, 3 PRN PTAs, 2 full time PTs, 2 PRN PTs EMR:  NETHEALTH CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: 8 daily treatments; this may vary if there are new evals during a given day 85% productivity expectation SCHEDULE: Typically Mon-Fri 8a-5p ADDITIONAL INFO: Direct client ready to interview/offer quickly LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS: Greater Palm Desert area   SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Can sub with just presentables and RTO COVID VACCINE REQUIRED?
