Our client, the Oil & Gas industry, is seeking a Project Controls Lead to join their team. As a Project Controls Lead, you will be part of the Construction Management department supporting project controls, cost management, scheduling, and reporting teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Project Controls Lead Location: Kemmerer, WY Pay Range: $102/hr Duration: 2 year contract (potential to extend) Schedule: 5 x 10 hr days or 6 x 10 hour days, depending on project phase What's the Job? Lead overall project cost, schedule, estimating, and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle. Manage and analyze project progress, forecasts, and potential risks to ensure project objectives are met. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project controls requirements. Mentor junior project controls engineers and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables. Develop and maintain project controls plans, procedures, and reporting tools to support project success. What's Needed? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls within the Oil & Gas or Construction industry. Proficiency in MS Excel and presentation skills. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to relocate to South West, Wyoming, and travel internationally as needed. What's in it for me?
