Billing Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the aviation support industry, is seeking a Customer Account Services Representative (Billing Specialist) to join their team. As a Billing Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the billing and accounts receivable team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Billing Specialist Location: Columbus, OH Pay Range: $20 per hour Duration: 6 months  What's the Job? Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to billing and accounts receivable Review large accounts proactively and resolve issues before billing occurs Handle tasks such as consolidated invoicing and uploading invoices into customer systems Monitor account credits and ensure timely posting Generate monthly statements and assist in collecting overdue balances What's Needed? High school diploma required; associates or bachelor's degree in business preferred 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer support or billing roles Experience with SAP or similar systems is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical skills to reconcile data and analyze variances What's in it for me?
