Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare supply chain industry, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to fostering inclusive hiring practices, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Recruiter Location: Mendota Heights, MN Pay Range: $40-42 hr What's the Job? Own recruiting or sourcing efforts for assigned roles (exempt and non-exempt) Build strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners Develop and execute talent attraction strategies, including job postings, sourcing plans, and candidate engagement Champion inclusive hiring and equitable practices Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from first contact to offer What's Needed? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience Proven success hiring across various roles and geographies Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Ability to assess talent and influence hiring decisions Workday ATS preferred Background in diversity recruiting preferred What's in it for me?
