Senior HVAC Technician

Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Senior HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Senior HVAC Technician Location: Atlanta, GA Pay Range:  Based on experience and qualifications What's the Job? Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems across multiple sites. Perform routine inspections, calibrations, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning and timely repairs. Maintain accurate records of system readings, repairs, and maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, hazardous material handling, and workplace safety standards. What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. EPA 608 Type II Certification is required; Universal certification is preferred. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems effectively.
